As previously shared in the March 31 edition ofPrincipals Digest,customized 2026-27Comprehensive Education Plans (CEPs)are now available on theiPlan Portal.Please note thatupdates to the2026-27 CEPhave now been finalized. The updated CEP builds on feedback from schools and stakeholders, evolving systemwide priorities, and newstate/federalrequirements.Principals should share key updates from the CEP as they engage their school leadership teams (SLTs) and stakeholders in CEP development.

Note the following updated systemwide priorities in the CEP:

• Priority 1:Literacy/NYC Reads

• Priority 2:Math/NYC Solves

• Priority 3:Safe and Inclusive Schools

• Priority 4:College and Career Readiness

• Priority 5:Attendance/Chronically Present,Every DayMatters

• Additional Priority: High Quality Inclusive and Accessible Learning for Students with Disabilities

Additionally note the following updates in iPlan:

• Enhanced prompt describing High-Quality, Equitable, and Adaptive Tier 1 Instruction in Section 4: School Summary.

• Key Strategies guidance and Action Steps tables updated.

• Clearer labeling and "last edited" timestamps added to support collaboration and review.

• NY Inspires Portrait of a Graduate incorporated into Priority 4: College and Career Readiness and woven throughout the CEP.
